Kevin Robins, former Chief Administrative Officer for the City of Leduc, joined the Crowsnest Pass municipal administrative team last week as the interim CAO.
Robins will fill in until a permanent replacement for former CAO Tully Clifford can be hired.
Robins has over 30 years of experience in municipal management, having most recently served as interim CAO for the Town of Morinville.
He also serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Transitional Solutions Inc., worked with the City of Leduc for 24 years (12 as CAO), was the City of Leduc Fire Chief from 1982 to 1994, and has served on several management teams such as Alberta Fire Chiefs Association Board of
 

Directors, the City of Leduc School Board, the Leduc and Regional Landfill Authority, the Southwest Regional Water Services Commission, and the International Association of Arson Investigators.
Robins was also awarded the title of Top Municipal Administrator by the Alberta Urban Municipalities Association in 2005.
“Kevin is looking forward to providing assistance to the Municipality of Crowsnest Pass until such time as a permanent CAO is recruited,” said Mayor Bruce Decoux.
Robins was not available for comment by press time.
