The Crowsnest Opportunity Development Co-Operative (CODC) is pleased to announce that we have our 30 Founding Investors in place and that the Cooperative continues to forge on with the extensive renovations at the Peuchen Block Building. The four upstairs apartments are shaping up nicely and will be ready for occupancy for September 1st, 2013. The two commercial spaces on the main floor are nearing completion and the Co-op has secured two new and excellent commercial tenants to the rejuvenated space. This is a major step in achieving the mandate of the CODC which is unleashing local capital to expand our local business community and economy.
We are now excited to publicize that RYP Athletics and Crowsnest Mountain Medical Laser Clinic are the first tenants in the building. We are delighted to welcome these two new businesses that will provide much anticipated and needed services to the Crowsnest Pass and surrounding area.
RYP Athletics will be open on July 10th and Crowsnest Mountain Medical Laser Clinic will be open August 19th.
