The Yoga Hub kicked off an open house September 10 to showcase the variety of yoga activities available.
Everyone who attended enjoyed snacks, drinks and were given a showcase of the different props, exercises and activities people can enjoy.
“We take pride in our work, we care about our students and we celebrate diversity,” said Dr. Sarah-Dash Arbuckle, an instructor with the Yoga Hub.
“We have an abundance of props to offer so that any skill level can feel comfortable in the poses and we try to make sure that each and every student feels served,” according to Arbuckle.

“The demonstrations provided were fun and exciting, especially the bender ball trial with Sarah Nurcombe,” Arbuckle described the open house.
Arbuckle also takes her students out of town for retreats.
