Hanna Anne Hayes, the first baby born in 2014, to parent John Hayes and Heather Noble of Coleman, made her debut, January 1st, 2014 at 9:08 AM at seven pounds.

“It’s been fabulous, we’re so in love,” said mother and homemaker, Heather Noble.

Hanna’s middle name comes from her grandma on her dad’s side, according to Noble.

“John (the father) proposed to me as soon as we got her home actually.”

Both John Hayes and Heather Noble are from Calgary although Heather moved to Coleman, (shortly after John) in March and soon after became pregnant.

The couple has been dating on and off for about five years now and Noble added, while there are plans for a wedding, a date hasn’t been set.

While Noble is prepping to be a homemaker and stay-at-home mom, new father and husband-to-be John Hayes works in Northern Alberta at Kurl Lake as a fuel and lube technician.

“We’re overwhelmed,” said Noble.

“We’re both responsible parents so, that means waking up with Hannah in the morning or at night for feeding time.”

“We want to have another baby, but I have to give myself a little time.”
