Police investigate suspicious death

Fernie, BC: On December 5, 2016, shortly before 5:30 pm (MST), Elk Valley RCMP attended a residence located in the 1100 block of 2nd Ave. Upon attendance, police located a deceased person and determined the death to be suspicious.
The scene has been secured pending the arrival of the South-East District Major Crime Unit.
