Spooktacular fun and treats
Dressed as a witch, Lexi sits in the Spooktacular graveyard scene at the MDM on Octover 28. The free event was put on by the Indoor Playground, Parent Link, the Crowsnest Community Library and Brighter Futures, but many more community organizations and groups helped make the day such a success: Crowsnest Pass Fire/Rescue, Black Rock Pizza, 40 Developmental Assets, Mountain Ink, BearSmart, and many other institutions that all deserve a big ‘thank you’! Kids had fun with the variety of activities, like Riversdale’s Mad Scientist table where you can stick your hand in a bucket of “maggots”, or trick-or-treating door-to-door where businesses decorated their doors in unique ways.
